Insurance

At TAG PT we accept most insurances and we are preferred providers for Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Medicare, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna and many others. If we are not listed as a provider in your insurance booklet, please call our office to ensure the accuracy of the listing, as we are joining new plans all the time. We will gladly verify your insurance for you and directly bill them as well. Please call us if you have any questions.
